When will my order be shipped?

Orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase.

Please check your email for order confirmation.

Tracking Number?

After purchase you will receive two (2) emails.

  1. The first will containing a message thanking you for your purchase as well as your receipt.

  2. A follow up email will be sent shortly after containing your tracking number so you can keep up-to-date on your products location and estimated delivery time.

How do I view my purchases?

To view your past purchases, click on “Login” at the top right corner. A menu will appear at the right hand side. Select “Orders” to display your past purchases.

How did I become a PGL sponsored artist?

At PGL, we love meeting musicians who are actively involved in the creation and propitiation of music. Please send us an email with you;

  1. First and Last Name

  2. Email Address

  3. If you are a solo artist or part of a band, please link us to your latest projects.

  4. Social Media links and username (Youtube, Instagram, etc.)

  5. Videos you would like to share which demonstrate your musical prowess.

  6. What you hope to gain by becoming a PGL Sponsored Artist.

Return Policy

Returns must be made no later than 30 days of purchase.

Returns are authorized for products damaged in shipping and defective units.

Photos and/or video evidence is required to validate your return claim.
