Julian Flores
As the newest member of the “PGL Community” please welcome him as part of the family!
Julian Flores is a twenty year old multi-instrumentalist and composer from Toronto, Ontario. Diving into music at a young age, Flores began playing the drums at 10 years old. After hearing Synyster Gates 'M.I.A' solo, Flores said 'I want to do THAT'. So, at sixteen years old Julian took up the electric guitar.

For the past four and a half years, Julian has enthusiastically studied various guitarists such as Syu, Takayoshi Ohmura, Frank Gambale, Yngwie Malmsteen, and more, developing a signature sound that blends neoclassical melody with swept, and economy-picked passages
INFLUENCES
Julian has been building his social media presence for one year, performing solos such as 'In the Name of God, Afterlife, Death and the Healing, Panic Attack' and more on his Instagram page. Alongside being an official PGL artist, Flores swears by his beloved Ibanez AZ224BCG-DET.

Flores enjoys exploring human consciousness through music, and his goal is to show people the wonders of the mind and soul through it. Flores organizes shows at venues such as ‘The Rockpile’ in his hometown of Toronto. Flores is an integral part of the growing Toronto music scene, creating bands such as ‘Life is but a Dream... , Matth Fox, and A New Level’ alongside his skilled peers.

During this time, his exploration of jazz and classical musicians such as Chick Corea and Mozart has led him to develop a passion for composition and music theory. He will be releasing his very first EP 'Divine Essence’ shortly; a release that blends influences from classical, electronic, punk, metal, and jazz music, making for a memorable listening experience.
